CrossFit gets a bad rap sometimes, but done right? It's incredible. We focus on constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. That means you're lifting, running, jumping, climbing - doing movements that translate to everyday life.

Our coaches are sticklers for form. You won't be loading up weight until you've nailed the technique. Safety first, PRs second. We've got a tight community here too - people genuinely cheer for each other's wins.

This program's got a special place in my heart. We blend boxing, kickboxing, and MMA-style conditioning drills. You don't need any fighting experience - we teach you the fundamentals from scratch. But fair warning: you'll leave every session feeling like you just went three rounds.

Heavy bags, speed bags, pad work, footwork drills, and conditioning circuits that'll have your heart pumping. Plus, there's something therapeutic about punching stuff after a long day. Just saying.

Olympic lifting is an art form, honestly. The snatch and clean & jerk are two of the most technical movements you'll ever learn. They require speed, power, flexibility, coordination, and mental focus all at once.

We start everyone with PVC pipes and empty barbells. No shortcuts here. You'll drill positions, work mobility, and gradually progress. Some people get hooked on chasing new PRs - there's nothing quite like hitting a lift you've been working toward for months.
